Hi Gel,
Not something that I have had to deal with personally. For other parasites in the past, I have used products with malachite (victoria) green in them with success.

Praziquantel (Praxipro) or you can use animal dewormer. I have never had to face the embedded fluke situation but have used prazi for other flatworm issues.
