Looking for advice for a new light

I currently do not have enough light in my planted 29 gallon tank, there is currently just 1 T-8 grow max 24" bulb. What kind of lighting is your go to for a planted tank, LED or other?

I use T5 lights as I get them from a local Hydroponics store at a reasonable price. You can add 1 or 2 to your tank set up. The ones I buy are for growing indoors. ( one of the few benefits of living in a province that leads in pot growing)

You may want to look at what types of plants you want and read their general requirements, easy to do nowadays with the internet. Fast growing Slow growing, Mosses. The other thing is $$$$$ what is your budget.
