Thermometers
I need to find out which ones are accurate as I don't think the stick on ones are. One says my shark tank is 80 deg cel but it sure doesn't feel that warm.
I have had the glass ones before but they broke both. Surprised no mercury ever leaked into the water.
Any thoughts?

Re: Thermometers
Electronic ones. They sell for $18 locally, but the same ones can be bulk ordered from China for $2 each if you have multiple tanks. I bought 10 a few years ago, and 9 were accurate. Sometimes, $5-10 hardware store ones with probes (hard to find, but I have some) are great. The ones in the aquarium stores are the same things at many times the price.
I've never trusted stick ons.

these are the ones i use
Very similar to the ones I use, I bought ten of them recently for $20 shipping included from China. You can't buy the batteries that are in them for that cheap. I checked a couple of them with my big beer making thermometer and they seem pretty accurate.

I got my digital thermometer up & running. It shows a 2 degree difference compared to the sticker types.
Shark tank is currently 75.4 F.
