I found one on Kijiji for $50 & will see about getting it tomorrow. I will get all new media for it as I have no clue how the current media will be.
Having said that, what would be the best set up with it?

I have not decided which tank to use it on though.

Either my 130G with the 3 sharks & pleco or the 125 with a koi & fantail goldfish.

I run my FX's with the wrap around sponges as mechanical and the trays full of Fluval biomax. This will work well for you, considering your bioload. 50 is awfully cheap for a used FX, look that over carefully.

Well, I never did get it as it was sold at some point. The seller never even bothered to reply.
So I am back on the hunt for an affordable FX.
