Thank you for all the help !
just wanted to say thanks to you guys for helping me out trying to decide what is going to be my best equipment to set up my 150 gal.
Yesterday I purchased most of what I'm going to need to set up the tank. I used 5 different suppliers for my equipment.
some of the items recommended were unavailable to me for various reasons but I did buy 80% of the items from Canadian suppliers so I am pleased with that.
I went with an Aquatop CFR500UV canister filter because it got great reviews and has a built in 9W UV sterilizer.
also went with an inline CO2 diffuser and two NemoLight 54W led lights. I ordered my substrate from
Angelfins... dang that stuff is pricey !
next is to finish up the supports under the floor where the tank will be located and build in the stand frame. The tank will not be here for a couple weeks so that will be just enough time to prepare the spot.
Thanks again for all the help and replies to my questions. I still have some more so your not off the hook yet...lol
