I didn't even know if my three otos were alive after all this time. I hadn't seen them in aged, well before I moved too. Turns out all three are alive and well! I half expected one to be dead. Shy little guys. Anyone else have fish that make the OCCASIONAL appearance?

The botia kubotai that Alexmtl gave me appears out of nowhere and dissappears. ... Then while tearing down a tank, found it in my AC filter.

I had 7 amano shrimp disappear in my 10 gallon for a month.

I have a weather Loach that makes an annual appearance, each Spring when I clean the pond.

Its funny how they manage to disappear even in a tiny little tank!
