Never used that as I dont have goldfish, but I use several other Hikari for cichlids and wafers for plecs. I believe all Hikari products are very good quality. Omega1 another you cant go wrong with.

It's also for Koi.
But here's the kicker.

While this stuff is packed with more goodness than most, it stinks to high Heaven. Stinks up the water something fierce and clouds the water. I have the bag in a ziplock & can still smell it.

So I have stopped using it.

At 45% protein, it's a quick growth food. I use 44% protein food to bring sailfin mollies up to size, but I dont use that level of protein to maintain adult fish, other than predators.

Some of my beasts eat Hikari Massivore, 47% and fairly strong smelling, but not over whelming.

I do want to see if my ID shark would like that. But it's $44 at Big Al's.

Petsandponds.com Sandman... 24 bucks a bag. I buy a lot of food/supplies and they are the cheapest anywhere by a long shot. Free shipping if you spend over $200. Unfortunately I do that a lot!!
