Hi Everyone,

I was hoping I could get some recommendations for lighting on my new tank. The tank is a 36" cube that is 27" high ( 150 gal ). the top has a 10" wide brace up the center. I intend to plant about 50% of the tank and will use CO2 and a UV sterilizer. I have been looking at lighting online and don't know enough about what is out there to decide on what would be best for my tank. I am looking for an option for $500 or less ...

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Jim

for a 36 inch tank, I'd suggest going with the fluval 2.0 LED lights, they are very good and will grow almost anything you throw at them.
